? This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to CENMED, Inc pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) December 31,2021. Point of contact is Naomi Collier; Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for XRAY MACHINE MAINTENANCE Support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with CENMED. 2805 Columbia Street Torrance, CA 90503. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
