No proposals or revisions are accepted.� The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) contemplates placing a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from this Request for Proposal (RFP).� The RFP is being solicited as a full and open competition for the Application Development Support Service (ADSS).
