Description

The US Army Futures Command, Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (CCDC-SC), Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Government Requirements, for the development of NSF P248.04 Military Operation Rapid Water Sensors Protocol � Chemical and Microbiological which offers opportunity for Government Review Agency (GRA) Letter of Compliance issuance to those who meet and/or exceed the criteria of the protocol. NSF International is the only responsible source capable of providing the requested documented protocol, as the Government requires new protocols that are compatible with the existing NSF Protocols that are currently maintained by US Army Futures Command, Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (CCDC-SC). A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued. This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
