- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to clarify Section 3.1 of the EAC BAA. The EAC BAA is soliciting proposals, not concept papers. Section 3.1 of the BAA states: 3.1 Schedule Proposals will be evaluated as submitted, starting on the concept paper due date in this announcement. This solicitation will be revised as awards are made and as topics of interest to NSF change. For clarity, �starting on the concept paper due date in this announcement� should be removed from the BAA text. ______________________________________________________________ The purpose of this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is to provide research opportunities to U.S. for-profit businesses, universities, and other institutions of higher education, and their partners, to conduct a variety of research projects that will support the strategic objectives of the National Science Foundation.
