- Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25222B0006 Project: Upgrade Overhead Paging System Project Number: 695-20-101 Location: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center has a requirement to Upgrade Overhead Paging System, Project 695-20-101 on the campus of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. The work involves, but is not limited to, infection control, all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract to complete Project # 695-20-101: Upgrade Overhead Paging System to ensure adequate paging coverage of the existing systems in buildings 20,43, 70, 97, 102, 111, 123, & 144, and to add coverage to buildings 107, 108, 112, & 113 on the campus of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The project magnitude price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard $39.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of five hundred thirty-four (534) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to Beta Sam (https://www.beta.sam.gov) on or about January 31, 2022. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for February 21, 2022. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
