Solicitation Number: N00383-22-Q-011D NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest in and the resources to support and furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to provide repair for the P/N: 6064T56P07 , NSN: 2995 014601334� NOMEN: VALVE ASSEMBLY,ANTI and QTY:2� in support of the FMS Greece. NAVSUP WSS intends to solicit for the repair of: QTY:2, NOMEN;� VALVE ASSEMBLY,ANTI NSN:, 2995 014601334 P/N:, 6064T56P07 in support of Foreign Military Sales and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.�(The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item�(Use the market research form and use the last letter of AMC/RMC to fill that).�All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. The item listed on the solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA), which requires delivery of end products of specified countries or as otherwise consistent with the governing statute and implementing regulations. The applicable BAA clauses and certificates will be included in the solicitation and contract. Other potentially applicable clauses and certificates, for example those governing specialty metals, commercial derivative military articles, and the prohibition against acquiring munitions list items from Communist China military. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
