Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential sources to procure, manufacture, assemble, integrate, test, and install on-site for one (1) Hensoldt� AN/SPS-75, TRS-3D - Baseline D Radar System for installation as a National Security Cutter (NSC) Training Aid at the TRACEN Petaluma training facility in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated NAICS is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 employees. Interested parties should register in the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. SAM can be obtained by accessing the internet at www.sam.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. The requirement is for the procurement and installation support services of the Hensoldt� AN/SPS-75, TRS-3D - Baseline D Radar System as a training radar at the TRACEN Petaluma training facility. Companies having the capabilities to provide are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (01/07/2022). The information submitted must include: 1. Name of Company, Address and DUNS Number 2. Point of Contact and Phone Number 3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern) Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the requirements are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 2:00 PM EST, 21 January 2022. All responses and questions regarding this Sources Sought must be emailed to Samantha Gibson, email address Samantha.N.Gibson2@uscg.mil.
