Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in�the�Philippines�will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.�� This Solicitation is for the�Cellphone�Services�of the�Embassy�of the United States of America in Manila, Philippines. This is a fixed price type contract.� The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with�two�one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.��� The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about�January�2022.��The�proposal�due date will be set forth in the solicitation.� The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. ?� All contractors�have to�be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database�https://www.sam.gov? prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.?Therefore, prospective offerors�are�required to register prior�to the submittal of�proposals.?� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Electronic Submission/Responses:� This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
