This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301622Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 and DFARS change notice 20210929. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Women Owned Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5 million. This requirement is for MRSA Sanitation Services brand name or equal as stated below. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Lance Watters at lance.watters.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 P.M. CST, 17 December 2021 - Friday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 12:00 P.M. CST 10 December 2021 - Friday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
