- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWC-AD) intends to award a fixed price contract for Modernized Pump Housing (MPH) tools for the French Ministry of the Armed Forces (FMoAF) E-2C Program, via Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Case FR-P-GUR. The MPH tools are required for the installation and removal of the flow switch assemblies for engine maintenance of the MPH. �The Support Equipment to be procured is as follows: QTY 4 SOCKET ASSEMBLY, MPH (Part Number: 18C11784-1) QTY 4 SOCKET, GEAR MESH, MPH (Part Number: 18C11733-1) QTY 4 INSTALLER/REMOVER, MPH (Part Number: 18D11617) QTY 4 WEAR KIT, MPH (Part Number: 18D12124-1) As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Avioss, LLC (CAGE 7V3W5) is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the required Support Equipment for the FMoAF E-2C Program. As the OEM, Avioss, LLC is the only qualified supplier of the required support equipment. Avioss, LLC is the only known source that is capable of providing the required Support Equipment with the same form, fit and function that is compatible with the existing configuration. Therefore, this action will be an establishment of a sole source contract action to Avioss, LLC, located at 5121 NW 79th Avenue Unit 7B, Doral, Florida 33166.� Avioss, LLC is considered a small business under NAICS code 332216. ����� NAWC-AD intends to award this order under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1.� Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� No solicitation will be available for this procurement.�����
