- NSN 5935-01-336-9017, PR #91531932, Connector, Plug, Elec This requirement is for a total quantity of 2539 units. Price breaks are requested up to 3000 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved source: Hi Rel Connectors (34222) P/N 44095-30P-303 The Government required delivery is phased: 189 days for the initial 250 units and 250 units every 42 days until lot completion. The item will be shipped to the government stock location at Susquehanna, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date on or around 1/20/2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. FDT (First Destination Transportation) program applies to this procurement and will include Procurement Notes: C16 (DLAD 52.247-9059) - F.O.B. ORIGIN, GOVERNMENT ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION C17 (DLAD 52.247-9058) - FDT PROGRAM - SHIPMENTS ORIGINATING OCONUS This solicitation will not include the Reverse Auction provision. This NSN requires vendor registration on DLA�s Enhanced Joint Certification Program (JCP). In the event a vendor cannot access the technical data for the NSN in DLA cFolders, the vendor must submit a onetime request to jcpvalidation@dla.mil for technical data access consideration. If a vendor has inquiries after having submitted required information to the JCP office, these inquiries are to be directed to DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil.
