Description

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide continuing on-site support services contributing directly to the management and distribution of reference data for USTRANSCOM, its Transportation Component Commands: Air Mobility Command, Military Sealift Command, Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, and other Department of Defense communities. TRANSCOM Reference Data Management (TRDM) is the USTRANSCOM enterprise reference data repository. �The system is managed by the Government and maintained and updated, as necessary, by the Contractor. TRDM facilitates interoperability through the centralized management and distribution of reference data tables derived from hundreds of authoritative sources. � The request for information and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been attached for your reference and includes additional details. The anticipated start date is 01 October 2022: with a potential one month transition starting 01 September 2022. The notional dates provided are for planning purposes only: Virtual Technical Capability Meetings: 09 February 2022 Solicitation release: 08 April 2022 Proposal due date: 05 May 2022 Source Selection activites (e.g. evaluations, discusions as applicatble, source selection decision): 15 July 2022 Contract Award: 15 July 2022 Updates will be provided as applicable. ******************************************************************** REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Questions on this RFI must be received no later than (NLT) 1200 Central Time (CT) on 18 January 2022. Questions shall be submitted to TCJ6 IT Support Branch Mailbox at transcom.scott.tcaq.mbx.tcaq-ds@mail.mil. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered.� Questions received by this date will be answered and provided to all respondents in the form of an RFI Amendment. Responses to this RFI must be submitted via e-mail to the TCJ6 IT Support Branch� Mailbox at transcom.scott.tcaq.mbx.tcaq-ds@mail.mil NLT 1200 CT on 26 January 2022.� Please follow the instructions below to request a meeting: 1. Submit your RFI response including a request for a one-on-one by 1200 CT on 26 Jan 2022. 2. The first 30 RFI responses received (that include a request for a meeting) will be allocated a 15 minute session with the requirement team. All responses to the RFI will be reviewed and utilized for market research.
