General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �TX City:�� �Frisco Delineated Area:�� �North: University Dr (380) South: Sam Rayburn Tollway East: Coit Rd West: Dallas North Tollway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �13,493 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �13,493 Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �7 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �7 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �7 Full Term:�� �5 years Firm Term:�� �3 years Option Term:�� �N/A Additional Requirements:�� �� Offered space must be above ground floor or above street level. � Offered space must not be located on the same floor with other DHS agencies. � Building must have a 24-hour security system. � Personnel must have 24-hour unrestricted access to the office space and parking. � Building must have a loading dock and service elevator with key override. � Personnel must have access to loading dock and service elevator. � Building must provide a non-public pedestrian entrance. � Building must not have the following groups or organizations: public defenders; probation or� parole agencies; public aid or government services; medical clinics; news media; foreign national governments; foreign owned companies. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government (Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General) currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Frisco, TX, that will be expiring. �The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
