- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $22M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAG Camp Humphreys located in South Korea has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Government Owned Siemens MRI System. The non-personal Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Siemens MRI System will be required at BDAACH, USAG Humphreys, South Korea.� The contractor must provide the proof of technical certification by the OEM (Siemens) to be able to work on the equipment and provide software/security updates.� This would primarily come in the form of a certification from the OEM for the specific make and model of the equipment we employ. The Contractor shall ensure repair technicians have been fully trained and experienced in testing and repairing the equipment and components on contract. All installation personnel shall be fully certified by the manufacturer (SIEMENS) to install or work on systems of this type, and must be a qualified service engineer and have completed a manufacturer administered training program. The chosen representative(s) by the contractor shall have a minimum two (2) years of experience in maintaining the equipment specified in this PWS. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 13 January 2022 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Scott Saito, Contract Specialist, Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific; email scott.k.saito.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All vendors providing to the Federal Government are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS code 811219.
