Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source � Alarm Automation Software The 30th Civil Engineering Squadron (30 CES), Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), CA intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action to Security Information Systems, Inc. (SIS) to purchase Alarm Monitoring and Dispatch System Refreshers with support, software, and training services.� The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 561621, �Security Systems Monitoring Services� and the size standard is $22 Million.� The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days of publication of this Special Notice. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm�s ability to provide an equivalent supply as described in the attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ).� Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.� Respond to the below point of contact referencing Notice F4D3D11341AW01 by 12 January 2022, 12:00 PM (PST).� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) will not reimburse for any costs associated with providing capability information.
