Description

The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that chiller maintenance, is performed at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB).� This requirement is for two inspection and maintenance sessions per year: (1) the Comprehensive Annual Inspection and Maintenance, and (2) the Mid-Season Running Inspection and Maintenance. This also includes Service Calls. The Contractor shall manage the quality of the services delivered using their internal management structure.�The Contractor is responsible for all tasks in the attatched draft Perfomance Work Statement (PWS).� This notice serves as a Sources Sought and a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. Schriever SFB is seeking additional sources for this requirement as it is expected to be awarded as a sole source to Trane Technologies.
