- DARPA will host a Proposers Day in support of HR001122S0013, the SCEPTER program (both in-person and via webinar), on January 19, 2022, at the MITRE facility located at 7515 Colshire Drive, McLean, VA, 22120, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EDT)�and via webinar for those who cannot attend in person. The webinar will provide a live-stream of the events at the conference center, and will end at 1200 (ET). The purpose of this event is to provide information on the SCEPTER program, promote additional discussion on this topic, address questions from potential proposers, and provide a forum for potential proposers to discuss teaming opportunities.� Advance registration is required. The Strategic Chaos Engine for Planning, Tactics, Experimentation and Resiliency (SCEPTER) program seeks to develop machine generated strategic plans at the operational level of warfare. SCEPTER will discover novel and surprising Courses of Action (CoAs) by exploring the high complexity state-action space of military engagements at machine speeds.
