Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations, Legacy Region 9. USFWS intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: CQ-Roll Call, Inc. 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue NW FL 6 Washington DC 20004-3803 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The object of this sole source award to CQ is to obtain a subscription to CQ�s services for obtaining timely and detailed information about appropriations, members, committee staff, and legislative developments. U.S. Fish and Wildlife intends to award a base plus four option years contract. The Period of Performance for the total contract will be from January 18, 2022 - January 17, 2027. CQ Roll Call provides the most detailed and timely information about appropriation bills and legislation that will affect Department of Interior/U.S. Fish and Wildlife. U.S Fish and Wildlife Division of Budget employees will be able to monitor, research and report on actions in Congressional authorizing committees. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
