General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �New Jersey� City:�� �Neptune and Surrounding Communities (see Delineated Area) Delineated Area:�� � North: Route 36 West: Garden State Parkway� South: Route 37� East: Atlantic Ocean � Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,100 Space Type:�� Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �6 Reserved Surface Spaces� Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �6 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �6� Full Term:�� �10 Years Firm Term:�� �5 Years Option Term:�� �One (1) option for five (5) years �� Additional Requirements:�� ��� �Must be contiguous space on the same level floor.� ��� �Mass transit within a walkable � mile from the proposed building.� ��� �Building cannot be located within 500 feet to a school, daycare, playground, or park. ��� �Space cannot be located within 30 yards of any other law enforcement agency or with another agency that provides federal judiciary services.� ��� �Space cannot be located within 100 yards of local police department and/or detective offices.� � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
