Description

UPDATE: DeCA's acquisition strategy has changed from being a competitive below $4M threshold, to an 8(a) direct award.� The direct award will be issued, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). On or about January 18, 2022, the Defense Commissary Agency intends to post a solicitation for Compliance Validation Services (CVS).� The CVS requirement has been renamed and was previously solicited as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS).� The notification is to inform interested vendors that the PCI DSS requirement will be posted with the title changed to CVS. Questions will not be answered at this time.
