Description
Statement of Work 1 Statement of Work Client VA Pittsburgh Medical System Job Name MRI Cardiac Monitor (Expression Patient Monitor MR400) Requested by Imaging Department From Kelley Burkhouse Imaging Supervisor Summary The VA Pittsburgh Medical Center, Imaging Department is in need of a MRI cardiac patient monitor (Philips Expression Patient Monitor MR400) for the MRI section. The current MRI monitors are out dated and near end of life. In addition, sometime within the next year the current vendor will no longer be servicing/supporting our old monitors. If something were to happen to our current monitors, it would be a disruption to patient care. Patients requiring these types of studies would have to be referred to the community (Non-VA Care) creating additional and unnecessary costs to the VA. This new monitor is designed specifically for MRI studies. Project Scope This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. The scope of work is delivery of a quantity of one (1) Philips MR400 Expression Patient Monitor for the VA Pittsburgh Imaging department, MRI section. This MRI patient monitor will be required to have a 15-inch (39 cm) Integral LED widescreen display, and a touch screen. The monitor will also need to have MR compatibility with 5,000 Gauss, 7.2 uT B1 rms, 4W/Kg SAR, and 3T. The parameters for this monitor will need to include wireless ECG, wireless SpO2, NIBP, CO2, IBP, Temperature, and Agents. This monitor will need to include the Universal Gating Interface as well as the Siemens gating so that it will work with our current scanner. Salient Features Wireless ECG 3.0 Bedside SINC parameters Alarm flags Advanced alarm Multi priority technical and clinical Extreme bradycardia Extreme tachycardia Apnea Gauss detection MAC values Traditional roll-around cart (Please see Technical Specifications Sheet for further detail) Key Assumptions The Contractor will be paid the full amount once all work has been completed and the VA confirms the delivery and install are acceptable.
