- Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought notice for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) firms. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 561990 and sized standard is $11 million. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at the VetBiz Portal: https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/ Project requirements: BPA - On-Site Document Destruction Services (Shredding Services). Location: See attached: VA Regional Office Listing. It is not mandatory that a vendor must be able to provide services at all locations. Period of performance: Base Year + 4 Option Years. Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide nationwide coverage for on-site document destruction services, specifically: Is your firm able to offer shred service under the terms and pricing of your GSA schedule contract and do so in compliance with: FAR clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting VAAR clause 852.219-10, VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside VAAR clause 852.219-11, VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, VAAR clause 852.219-77, Limitations on Subcontracting What is your firm s ability to provide nationwide geographic shredding coverage to include partnering agreements you could establish with other similarly situated SDVOSB/VOSB? Can you provide the following sizes of bins: 65-gal, 96-gal and executive consoles (bins)?
