Description
The purpose of this Request for Infomation (RFI)�is for the United States Government (USG) to determine the potential industry capabilities and interest to produce a vehicle platform for integration of government furnished autonomy software and capability payloads that meet Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) emerging requirements. The USG has procured surrogate platform prototypes that have been used to inform needs and requirements for the system and for the platform, and is seeking to move to the next stage of system development before final production and full fielding. The RCV(L) system includes a Control Station, Radio, Platform, Payloads, and System Software (including autonomy and control interface at crew station). This RFI is seeking information regarding capability and interest associated with the RCV(L) Platform only, including integration capabilities of specific payload and Government Furnished Software autonomy package.� Response to this survey should NOT be submitted via SAM.� Please follow the submission instructions provided in section 5. of RCV-L FSP RFI Attachment 1 - Survey.� This RFI includes draft requirement specifications for the vehicle platform of the overall RCV system.� RCV-L FSP RFI Attachment 2 - Performance Attributes (Distro A) may be downloaded here. An additional document, RCV-L FSP RFI Attachment 3 - Performance Attributes (Distro D), contains Controlled Unclassified Information. To request access to Attachment 3, please send an email to the following address including the information requested below: usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-rfi@army.mil The subject line of your email shall state: ""Company Name - Request copy of RCV-L FSP RFI Attachment 3, Performance Attributes (Distro D)"" and include the following: An explanation of your governmental purpose for the document. Company name, address, and corresponding CAGE code. A copy of your DD2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, approved by the Joint Certification Office (JCO).� When emailing attachments please ensure they are in a .doc, .docx, or .pdf file format.
