- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis or a Firm Fix Priced, 5-Year, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract in support of Moving and Relocating Services for the NAWCWD Infrastructure Business Operations Department (DC53000). These services shall include office relocation, disassembling and reassembling furniture, detaching and mounting furnishings and equipment, and setting up special events with various equipment. This includes office furniture, cubicles, tables, chairs, laboratory equipment, televisions, whiteboards, safes, refrigerators, microwaves, and various other items and equipment. �The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, training and supervision necessary to accomplish the transport, delivery, assembly and disassembly, and detaching and mounting of office furniture, equipment, supplies, technical equipment and other various items. The Contractor shall also provide all consumable and non-consumable moving supplies such as moving blankets and pads, furniture covers, hand trucks, moving dollies, tie downs, ratchet straps, carpet shields/floor runners, boxes, etc. to support space management requirements.� Additionally, the Contractor shall set up and tear down folding chairs, tables, bleachers, podiums, and risers required for special events, such as building dedications, retirement ceremonies, changes of command, and all official functions. The anticipated period of performance for this procurement is 30 March 2022 to 29 March 2027; It is expected that approximately ninety (90%) percent of the contract will be performed at China Lake, CA and ten (10%) percent at Point Mugu, CA; however, workload may fluctuate between the sites. The contract is anticipated to include 10 CLINs; 9 CLINs of which consist of Moving Services with a unit of issue of each and 1 technical data CLIN not separately priced. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/ on or about 12 Jan 2021. All responses shall include the RFQ number N6893621R0036.� Complete details will be provided in the RFQ.� Responses must include all information as requested in the written RFQ (SF1449).� All responsible offers will be considered for award.� All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. ��� Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities within beta.sam.� See the DLA website for the Joint Certification Program:� https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/ Going forward, all new entities registering SAM, as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number.� Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration.� Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration.� It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an ""Active"" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an ""Active"" SAM registration.� More information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/.
