Description

The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP),�contract for Museum Fabrication & Installation services at the Rock Island Arsenal Museum in Rock Island, Illinois. This effort is in support of the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) mission to collect, preserve, interpret, and display historical military material, culture, and artifacts. The award will consist of a 12-month base period. The need for this requirement is the result of the museum building undergoing a complete renovation to upgrade its systems to meet current museum standards and Americans with Disability Act requirements. The services will include preparing shop drawings, fabricating all exhibit components, packing, shipping and installation of historic objects into those components, and performing the final focusing of lighting in accordance with the National Park Service.�� There will be a site visit conducted on 12 January 2022 at 2:00PM EST.
