This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). �� (iii)� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. �� (iv)�� The associated NAICS code is 334220 The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. �� (v)�� The following is a list of contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):� CLIN 0001 � EACH - A quantity of 180 Garmin Watches, to include shipping charges. The Garmin watches will be delivered to the University of Arizona. �� (vi) �Description of requirements: The United States (U.S.) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires 180 Garmin watches. The required Garmin watches shall meet the following salient characteristics: Measure and record heart-rate, which is measured in constant rate (every second) Measure constant respiration rate Measure Pulse and blood Oxygen saturation, with an option for constant measurement and in sleep measurement Measure and record behavioral data, such as sleep, movement, and breathing The data has to be measured and recorded in real-time. Sync and stream data to the StudentLife application �� (vii) Delivery is required by No Later Than (NLT) 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Delivery shall be made to University of Arizona, Department of Psychology, Tucson, AZ 85721. Acceptance shall be performed at University of Arizona, Department of Psychology, Tucson, AZ 85721.
