Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to procure 500 mattresses (#7210-R-Carolina-Deluxe-3/3 38x75) with LC Industries, Inc. 4500 Emperor Blvd,. Durham, NC 27703. The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�. The Government intends to solicit and award to LC Industries Inc. on a sole source basis, since they are the only known source with capability of satisfying the government�s minimum requirement at this time. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 13 January 2022 under RFQ number N0018922Q0064 at the following website: beta.sam.gov
