Description

The Cincinnati VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking an extension for 15,663 Rentable Square Feet� (RSF) of existing clinical space at 4600 Beechwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 under lease number� VA250-R-0304, a full-service lease and request exemption to competition based on the time period� needed to procure and build-out a new replacing space. �Only one responsible source and no other� service will satisfy agency requirements per FAR 6.302-1 and as described in GSAM/R 570.405. �The� current lease expires August 9, 2022. �Approval is requested to execute an extension of the lease� with Select Strategies II, LLC without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location.
