Description
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE AS-BUILT The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space yielding a minimum of 7,900 to a maximum of 10,000 contiguous net usable square feet of office and related space in Delray Beach, Florida. Only existing buildings fully compliant with the RLP requirements will be considered and will be evaluated As-Built. The space to be leased will require no more than light renovation or bare minimum tenant improvement, limited to light architectural finishes such as painting or other cosmetic repairs and refreshes of finishes required to bring the facility to a maintained as designed condition as well as any Information Technology/Telecommunication and/or Security upgrades required to comply with the RLP. The space must be available for occupancy by March 1, 2022, and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. The lease term requirement must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The period of performance will be for 5 Years, 3 Years Firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Dunes Road South: Gulf Stream Canal East: South Ocean Blvd West: Jog Road To be included interested offerors responding to this RLP shall address ALL the following when responding to this advertisement: Offer must fully comply with ALL requirements and supporting documentation mandatory as per the Terms and Conditions of RLP # 36C248-22-R-0046 and/or any exhibits attached to it. All documents must be final, must be signed and must be acknowledged by placing the offeror's initials on each page. Cover Page contain the following information: Proposed property address with map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and e-mail address of property owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. Documentation supporting offerors ability to meet all the Government s requirements identified in this advertisement. Number of parking spaces. Date space is available A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
