Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a contract modification on a single source basis to SEC Contract SECHQ117P0052 with Politico LLC, 1000 WILSON BLVD 8TH FLOOR ARLINGTON VA 222093927 for access to content restricted to subscribers only at the website of politicopro.com.� The subscription provides sector-specific coverage, news, briefings, and a cover of events, calendar of events, newsletters, along with the ability to set up alerts customized by subjects. Additionally, PoliticoPro EU provides proprietary coverage of international policy news in the European Union and UK, as well as domestic policy news in relevant areas such as financial services and foreign policy.� The NAICS code is 519130. � The contracting officer has determined that Politico LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC�s requirement in accordance with 13.106-1(b). The period of performance for this modification is anticipated to be within the current Option Year IV.� The total value of the order shall remain below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a contract modification to SECHQ117P0052 with Politico LLC on or about February 3, 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.� A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of this notice.
