Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with CGI Federal Inc. for continued use of existing Sunflower Asset Management System (SF) currently in use at all Department of Commerce organizational units. The period of performance shall be for one-year Base plus one (1) one-year Option, totaling 2 years. The contractor shall provide the following interface�s requirements below. Sunflower application software systems require the following existing interfaces necessary for the complete function of Sunflower Production environment. ANTS Web Service Interface - Annual Support Finance Interface License Annual Support Human Resource Interface License Annual Support Networked Asset Inventory Data Interface License Procurement Interface License Annual Support Sunflower Training Instance No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, responses received by 1/27/2022, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
