Description: The HQ-SDDC S&RTS requirement includes all labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials, miscellaneous supplies and supervision.� The Government requires performance of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks be completed in a manner consistent with the best commercial practices. �S&RTS PWS tasks include services required for vessel loading, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, and handling of Government provided securing materials.� In addition, S&RTS requirements include physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office space and office supplies, and equipment to perform all required documentation, to include other related miscellaneous requirements.� ��
