- Solicitation Number:� FA8121-22-Q-0004 NAICS: 336412 FSC Code: 5998 SB Set Aside Status:� N/A Subject:� Spares Buy of the F-100 Circuit Card Assembly ����������� ��� NSN: 5998-01-539-1742NZ; P/N 1002169-2 Description: The Government intends to issue a sole source (Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, CAGE 73030) solicitation on or about 1 February 2022 with a close date of 1 March 2022 for the spares buy (supply) of the F100 Circuit Card Assembly.� The requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Quantity contract.� This notice of intent does not in itself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per USAF PR FD2030-22-00190 as follows: � 1) List of applicable CLINs: CLIN 0001:� Supply of NSN(s): 5998-01-539-1742NZ; P/N 1002169-2 Noun:� Circuit Card Assembly ����������� Min Quantity: �2 EA ����������� Medium Quantity: 5 EA ����������� Max Quantity: 8 EA Application:� F100 Engine Item description and function:� 3.00 inches long X 2.00 inches wide X 3.00 inches high, weighing 16 oz. This item is an electronic circuit board that is the power supply installed inside of Group VI DEEC. This is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM (CAI). IUID is required. 2) Required delivery: Delivery for CLIN 0001 is anticipated to be: 02 units on 01 OCT 2023 02 units on 01 NOV 2023 01 units on 01 DEC 2023 *with early delivery acceptable. Delivery schedule will match quantity and which will be negotiated (Min, Medium, Max) 3)� Quality Requirements:� Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements ISO 9001:2000 4) Surplus Material Requirements: �Find applicable Surplus Material Worksheet and Surplus Material Evaluation sheet. OMBUDSMAN (AUG 2005) (An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.) The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
