- MEMORANDUM FOR GENERAL DYNAMICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (GDIT) FROM: 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) 510 POW/MIA Drive, Bldg P-40 Scott AFB IL 62225 SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP), FA445222R0004, BRIDGE for Logistics Integration and Weapon Systems Logistics Network (LOGNET) Support 1. This RFP is for the subject bridge contract to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6 and the specific requirements outlined in this request. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. 2. This is a Sole Source RFP for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). 3. A site visit/preproposal conference will not be held. 4. Clauses and Provisions will be listed in a separate attachment (Attachment 5). 5. Identify any conflict of interest or appearance issues which may be a potential Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) in accordance with FAR 9.5. OCI mitigation plans or a statement that no OCI exists shall accompany your proposal. Contractors are responsible for immediately notifying the Contracting Officer (CO) should any potential conflict of interest arise at any time prior to and/or after contract award. 6. Your proposal must include a cover letter stating a proposal acceptance period of at least 60 days. Proposals offering less than 60 days will be deemed unacceptable. The cover letter shall be submitted on company letterhead that includes the company name, address, and a specific point of contact (POC). 7. Questions and Answers / Assumptions and Exceptions: GDIT is cautioned that all communications are to be channeled through the Contract Specialist (CS) and CO. Any questions whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing. Questions and Answers may be submitted in writing to the CS at chelsie.voss@us.af.mil and CO at samuel.oas.2@us.af.mil by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Wednesday, 26 Jan 2022. GDIT shall address any assumptions and proposed exceptions to the CO in their proposal. 8. This RFP is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award an order in response to this RFP. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the CO with appropriate consideration established. 9. The Proposal is due by 12:00 PM CST on 28 Jan 2022. Submit proposals via email to Samuel Oas, CO, via email at samuel.oas.2@us.af.mil, and Chelsie Voss, CS, via email at chelsie.voss@us.af.mil.
