Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) � Armaments Center�s Organic Materials Technology Branch (at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ) has a requirement to purchase injection molded components for MK 788 Universal Emplacement Stands: The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Mira Plastics Co. Inc., 123 Fredon Springdale Rd, Newton, New Jersey 07860, U.S.A.� Mira Plastics is the only contractor capable of completing this requirement with a reasonable cost and in a reasonable timeline.� A Sole Source Justification was approved on December 22, 2021 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) �supporting Mira Plastics as the only source capable of providing the required supply parts. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than January 31, 2022 in writing.� THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL.� Questions may be directed in writing to Les Croft, lester.c.croft.civ@army.mil.
