- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA SOLAR POWER INVERTER REPAIR RFQ No. 140P8622Q0014 The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), located in San Francisco County, California, has a requirement for a solar power inverter repair. The intent of this service is to: a. Replace all parts inside Inverter A1 that were used to repair Inverter B1 (IGBT Assembly and power supply) b. Recalibrate all internal components as necessary c. Update software / firmware to correct for current transformer (CT) imbalance d. Undo programming changes made to Inverters B1 and B2 to allow them to operate without A1 and A2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, uniforms, supplies, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to satisfactory perform services in the manner and at the frequencies set forth in the Statement of Work. This acquisition is full and open competition, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210; the small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. All work shall be performed under a single, fixed price purchase order The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about January 19, 2022 at Sam.gov. The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking these websites for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website.
