Description

Purchase Request: 0092079862, NSN 5340-01-455-2791, HINGE,BUTT, Part Number 4084460. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� DLA Aviation�does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore,�please do not submit requests.� Approved source for this item is: RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 52661 RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 77445 It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM�s Ordering Agreement (BOA); However, a copy of the solicitation will be made upon request. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR).� This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 28 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is�225 days ARO.� Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Higher Level Quality system required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. If an offer is submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with offer. Receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in SAM. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.
