- This Sources Sought Notice (SS) request is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). 2022. The FSC used is: Petroleum Refineries - 9110. The NAICS is Petroleum Refineries -324110. In responding to this notice, please provide your company name, email address, phone number, and name & location of fuel supplier. Responses and/or questions can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Orlando Merritt, at Orlando.Merritt@dla.mil and DLA Energy FEPCA at DLAEnergyFEPCA@dla.mil. �This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in COG 2- Italy. �The requirement will be for Fuel Oil Burner #1 (FS1), Fuel Oil Burner #2 (FS2), Diesel Fuel, Sulfur (SFD), and Gasoline, Automotive (ULG) to be delivered to eligible parties at an agreed upon escalating price. These are estimated quantities. NSN: 9140-00-247-4366 FUEL OIL BURNER#1 (FS1) - 79,000 NSN: 9140-00-247-4365 FUEL OIL BURNER #2 (FS2) � 1,335,000 NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 DIESEL FUEL SULFUR (SFD) � 4,098,000 NSN: 9130-01-527-5763 GASOLINE,AUTOMOTIVE (ULG) � 788,000 The proposed period of performance will be TBD through TBD. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is 15 February 2022. Type of Contract Considered: Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment based on industry publication to be determined prior to solicitation issue. Offers must submitted in Dollars per USG. All responsible offerors must be registered in SAM.gov All offerors must agree to use DLA Internet Systems Applications for Offer Submission (OET PC&S), order receipt (DIBBS), and Invoicing (WAWF). Offerors must be registered in OET PC&S as soon as possible. Offerors must be registered in DIBBS and WAWF prior to closing date for offers. First time offerors are encouraged to schedule a site visit to the locations, to gain adequate knowledge of the delivery requirements (please contact Orlando Merritt for scheduling of site visits).
