- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC) intends to award purchase order for a base year and four 12 month option periods to InterpFlow Corporation, Pembroke, NH 03275 on a sole source basis to procure testing services necessary for patient treatment involved in clinical trials. InterpFlow Corporation is uniquely qualified to perform specialization in reporting immunophenotype applied to diagnosis/follow up specimens in hematooncology field, covering a wide spectrum of customer's needs, such as reporting daily clinical/diagnostic cases or analyzing cases included in protocols for clinical research. InterpFlow Corporation is a team of licensed laboratory professionals with postgraduate degrees and hematopathologists with special skills and more than 10 years of experience in analysis of hematological malignancies that provides reliable data analysis by specially trained personnel and cannot be replaced by any software or machine. Interpflow creates, modifies and maintains protocol specific analysis and also provide analysis of data from emergency or RUSH cases on an unlimited basis. There is no other known firm that can provide the expertise in hematologic analysis, a 24-hour emergency service, or the same data quality as InterpFlow Corporation and meets specific clinical protocol requirements. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), Contracting Officers may solicit form one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested concerns capable of providing the same or similar products or services as described in this notice may submit a capability statement outlining their capabilities. Capability Statements must be received within the time set forth in this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Each response should include the following Business Information: a. DUNS. b. Company Name, address, POC, Phone and Email address c. Current GSA Schedules or NAICS codes appropriate to this Award. d. Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, hubZone, veteran owned, etc.) as validated in System For Award Management (SAM).
