Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-02 effective 15 December, 2021, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DPN), effective 30 November, 2021, and AFARS Revision 6 December, 2021. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is J074 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment�Office Machines/Text Processing Sys/Visible Record Equipment. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Small Business Set-Aside: NONE; there is no size restriction Quotations, including Attachment 3 Quote Information Sheet and signed Amendment 0001, in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Erica Stiner at erica.j.stiner.civ@army.mil no later than the stated solicitation closing date and time. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Thursday, 27 January, 2022 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:00PM EST Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 30 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above no later than January 24, 2022, 11:00 EST. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard has a requirement for primarily Canon copier maintenance and repair services throughout the state of Nevada (see Attachment 1). The NVARNG United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting and Procurement Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with options to extend four years after the base period.
