- SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED BELOW As a result of the new FAR Rule 2019-009, we are required to receive the certification included in FAR 52.204-24 (August 2020). It relates to FAR 52.204-25 (August 2020). Both clauses are attached.� Please return FAR 52.204-24 with appropriate check marks included on page 2 of the attached.� These updated clauses were not included in the solicitation and will be added to the contract.�
