Description

This presolicitation is for the Edwards Air Force Base Acquisition of the Space Test Course Development and Execution (STCDE) contract. Contractors interested to propose once a solicitation is released shall be able to provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the duties of Test Pilot School Instructors, at Edwards AFB (EAFB). This includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all task orders placed against the STCDE contract. Space Test Curriculum course will include academic lectures, hands-on practical exercises, seminars on relevant space test issues and field trips as necessary to expose the students to different space test capabilities.� Limited flight operations may be required. This post does NOT constitute a Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal, Invitation to bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the Government will take procurement action in this matter.� The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any industry input as a result of this announcement.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information request.� The official release of such a solicitation will be released at a later time as discussed below.
