The Saginaw VAMC is seeking a contractor to completely prepare site for the expansion of their medical center. The expanded site shall have new parking areas, one support building (6,912 SF), and meet the physical security design requirements. This project includes all necessary features and items of work required so that the government shall have a complete usable and functional site and facilities. Work includes civil, site development, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and structural trades in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and scope of work.��
