Description

Contractor shall deliver propane gas daily excluding weekends and federal holidays to various tanks at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), Anniston AL.� The estimated number of gallons of propane gas to be delivered daily to Anniston Army Depot is approximately 350 to 700 gallons. If propane is needed in between deliveries, the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will contact the contractor and discuss with them the tanks that need propane and location of tanks.� The Contractor shall contact the main fuel station Building 6 (Bldg.6) upon arrival at main gate and will be escorted to the tanks to familiarize themselves with the locations of tanks. The main tanks which may be filled on a daily basis or at least every other day will be the equipment fueling station in the Southeast Industrial Area of the Depot at Bldg. #438.� The 1 tank at this location is 1000 gallons. Total number of tanks is 21 and the size of tanks range from 200 to 1,000 gallons. After each filling of tanks the Contractor shall return to the main fueling station at Bldg. 6 for the ANAD representative to sign for the receipt of the propane. Below is a list of tanks with location and size. Contractor shall be paid for actual quantities delivered. ANAD may request that fuel be removed from one tank and relocate to another. Any cost to perform this function shall be billed to a separate line item of the contract. This contract will be for a period of one year from the time of award.
