Description

Revised Request for Information (RFI) Note:� 1.� This RFI was initially posted on beta.sam.gov on November 10, 2021 (closed November 30, 2021).� It is revised and re-opened to attract additional interest. Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, solicits expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of providing one (1) fully automated �turn-key� scanning system able to accommodate five (5) long fuel containers and two (2) short fuel containers for remote ultrasonic inspection of fuel containers.�� This RFI is issued to assist with finding potential suppliers interested in this solicitation.� The SRS is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles. Statement of Work for Scanning system (see attachment) - Note: Pages 1 intentionally not included. A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP. Suppliers responding to this RFI shall include evidence of the following: Past performance (i.e. Example of similar work) Submit a detailed Capability Statement Lead time for design, manufacture, testing and checkout E-mail response addressing Items 1 through 3 above shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. est. on 2/24/22 to Barbara McCarty at barbara.mccarty@srs.gov.
