Food & Drug Administration, (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS) has a requirement to procure a DM 20 Automated In-Line Concentration and Filtration for Bulk Drug Substance (SINGLE-PASS TFF) (Brand Name or Equal) plus, four (4) option years of Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA), under solicitation FDA-RFQ-2022-1251686.�This requirement is being solicited as a total small business only set-aside 100% (for small businesses only) FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. See attached RFQ and respond as required.
