Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source�for�W9133L-22-R-4002�Interim Contract� Description of Services:��This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source.��The National Guard Bureau, Operational Contracting Division (NGB-AQ-C)�intends to award a�sole source,�firm-fixed-price�purchase order�for�commercial�supplies�to�Unitas, LLC�(DUNS 117213159).��Unitas�shall�provide�the�continued rental of an Uninterruptible Power Supply�unit.��Award�will�be made�in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501�and the procedures at FAR Part 12 entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 entitled, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The unit is located at�111 South George Mason Dr., Arlington, VA� 22204-1382.��� Period of Performance:�The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be for a base period of one�month with four�one-month option periods.� The estimated contract start date is�5 February 2022.� The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.��No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.��The NAICS code for this action is 335999,�All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment.� Responses or inquiries�shall be sent�via email to�elizabeth.r.henderson6.civ@army.mil�no later than�1000�hrs�EST, February 1, 2022.�
