Ramseur, Contracting Officer, Phone:� 210-780-4908 EMAIL:� willard.ramseur@dla.mil The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aerospace Energy Business Unit, as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services, requires delivery of bulk Gaseous Hydrogen (GH2) (NSN: 6830-01-653-4745), that conforms to Grade B, Type I, specification BB-H-886E dated 24 February 2011.� The requirement is for an estimated quantity of 1,000 MC and will include the associated services of Expedited/Emergency Delivery, Detention, General Repairs/Maintenance, and Evacuate/Purge Cyl/Drums/Containers. The Contractor shall provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of products F.O.B Origin to locations on Warner Robins AFB, GA.� The period of performance is 01 June 2022 to 31 March 2023. The anticipated Award Date is 1 May 2022 The Government intends to award a ten (10) month Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process.� � Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 9 February 2022 and will be posted on website: https://beta.sam.gov .� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor beta.sam.gov for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.� For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.� Only emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.� All potential offerors should contact the contract specialist identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns.� For questions regarding Small Business or Small Disadvantage Business affairs contact DLA Small Business Office at 703-767-9400.�
