Description
This is a follow-on requirement in support of all Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Test Complex (AAMDTC) auxiliary machinery systems and associated equipment in the Re-constitutable Deck House (RDH), Deck House Support Building (DHSB) and Launch Facility (LF) at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kauai, Hawaii. Respondents to this request shall have the ability to provide personnel for monitoring and/or operating the following systems, and report any change in equipment functionality or configuration to Facility Manager: Fire suppression system Power generation and distribution systems HVAC systems Potable and cooling (chilled, condensate, and demineralized) water systems Low Pressure air compression/drying systems 400Hz static frequency converters Universal Control Console (UCC) Power Control and Management System (PCMS) Power Quality Management System (PQMS) Building Automation System (BAS) interface � Contractor operators will be primarily stationed at the UCC, in Central Control Station/Combat System Maintenance Central (CCS/CSMC) that provides a monitoring point for Mission Critical Support Systems, listed above. The Contractor may be required to investigate auxiliary system status at the physical locations of the systems within AAMDTC.� � Contractor will interface with the AAMDTC Facilities Manager to provide input to the operations and maintenance activities at AAMDTC in addition to assessing and responding to emergent need requests. The contractor may be required to act as security escort and interface with other organizations performing maintenance actions within AAMDTC facilities. � Contractor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and manage overall operations and support for mechanical and electrical systems, operate and monitor, and perform initial emergency/casualty response for all auxiliary machinery equipment at AAMDTC. � Provide surveillance and monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the equipment and systems installed in the RDH/DHSB/LF.� Monitoring requires a minimum two person team to perform routine roving visual inspection of the building to check for anomalous facility conditions and requires navigation of stairwells and ladders.
