Description

Description This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to determine the availability of potential small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service -disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, veteran -owned small businesses, and women-owned small businesses), who are able to provide commercial laboratory services to perform patient specimen testing as delineated in the Specimen Test Attachment-2. To ensure the continuity and uniformity required for long-term clinical studies, the efficient use of patient specimens and DTM�s resources are critical to the success of NIH. The contractor shall provide all required facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials equipment, and supplies required to provide blood donor testing services in support of the National Institute of Health, Department of Transfusion Medicine. All test shall be executed at the contractor�s premises or within the contractor�s network of the laboratories. Contractor shall have a Plan to ensure no delay or stoppage of services. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (subject to change) and Technical Evaluation for current details of requirements and expectations. The information gained from this market research will help the National Institutes of Health (NIH,) (CC) (DTM) plan for its acquisition strategy. �Potential small businesses shall also include the business information outlined in the section below as part of their response: 1. DUNS 2. Company Name 3. Company Address 4. Current GSA Schedules appropriate to this Sources Sought 5. Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc.) as validated via the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). �All offerors must register on the CCR located at http://www.sam.gov 6. Company Point of Contact, Phone, and Email address Responses must be submitted electronically not later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, Feb 3, 2022. Submissions should be sent to Contract Specialist electronically at Grace.Wong-Darko@nih.gov. �Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish bona fide capability to fulfill the requirements established in the Draft SOW. Capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date. The maximum number of pages for submission is 10 pages.
